Ingredientes.3 leeks 200 g of carrots 1 potato 3 cheese wedges 1 tablet of broth of vegetables virgin olive oil
Production: First we cut all the vegetables, the leek and the carrots, then we peel and cut the potato, set to warm oil, when it is warm are frying first the leeks,then the carrots, and finally the potatoes, sauté everything. We add a tablet of broth of vegetables and little salt, throw water until the vegetables esten covered and we cover the pot, stop approximately 10 minutes with the steam. When the time has happened we crush everything with the mixer.
We do a few croutons, get a slice of square loaf and, with help of a pastry cutter, give form to the croutons, then we fry them in very warm oil.
Serve the cream very hot.
